  • I don't see my cartridge number list, do you sell ink for it?
    We sell ink for a mulitude of cartridges, some may not be listed on the site. However some cartridges are not refillable. Please call us toll free at 1-877-224-1945 or e-mail Support@padiscountink.com to check if ink is avaible.

  • How long can I store my ink?
    Our ink has a 1-2 year self life. It should be kept in a cool, dry place to insure it doesn't coagulate.

  • Can I use my ink in more then one type of printer?
    Each of our inks has a formula designed to be used in it's intended cartridge. This is because each printer uses different technology to print, has diffrent dpi, and in most cases a unique color balance in it's driver.

  • I refilled my cartirdge but my printer still says it's empty.
    Because the printer doesn't actually know how much ink is in your cartridge a full refilled cartridge may be recognized as empty. Just continue printing this will not affect anything.

  • Isn't refilling messy?
    It can be, refill in an area where you can tolerate spills. Be sure to wear gloves most ink will stain your hands. Most inks do not wash off easly and will take a day or two to wear off completly.
